In the background-check processes contracted by our clients, InCheck acts as the processor of the verified data; the contracting client is the controller and determines the legal basis for processing. That relationship is governed by a specific contract and isn't the subject of this policy, which covers only the data collected on this site.

• Mobile number with area code;
• Work email address;
• Company, role, and market segment;
• Estimated volume of checks, when provided in the contact form.
