InCheck is a background and identity verification platform for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit this site or request a demo, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the “LGPD”).

In background verification processes contracted by our clients, InCheck acts as the processor of the verified data; the contracting client is the controller and defines the legal basis for processing. That relationship is governed by a separate contract and is not the subject of this policy, which covers only the data collected on this site.

We collect the data you provide us directly, such as:

• First and last name;
• Phone number with area code;
• Work email;
• Company, role, and market segment;
• Estimated verification volume, when provided in the contact form.
