We're a verification infrastructure for businesses. We cross-reference public judicial sources in an automated, documented way, and return a status for every person verified, with criteria configured by the company that requested the verification.
Checking backgrounds became routine. Doing it without exposing the company to legal risk still hasn't.
Most Brazilian companies still check backgrounds manually, court by court, or use tools that reduce a complete judicial history to a label like “high risk” without showing the criteria behind it. That's slow, inconsistent between analysts, and, under the LGPD, dangerously close to an opaque automated decision about a person, something that can create liability for whoever requested the verification, not just whoever ran it.
InCheck was born from that gap: automating the search and the assignment of status, without imposing a generic label. The system delivers exactly what each public source reported, with evidence and a date, and the status follows the criteria that the contracting company itself configures and remains responsible for defining.

Transparency about the result
We report exactly what the public source returned, with the evidence attached. The resulting status follows configurable criteria, never a closed score the company can't audit.
LGPD as the starting point
We act as processors of the verified data. The legal basis for processing is always the contracting client's, as is defining the criteria that guides each verification's status.
Auditability by default
Every verification is recorded with date, source, and evidence, ready to prove due diligence if the company ever needs to answer for it.
